Growth Point is a queer consulting firm dedicated to providing education, training, and support to individuals and organizations seeking to improve their relationship with the LGBTQIA2+ community. Our services build knowledge to assure shared understanding, and then provide real world action steps on a number of topics, from making queer community members feel more welcome, to working with patrons who are less than supportive of the queer community. Our goal is to create healthy and enriching conversations that will strengthen bonds between people regardless of background or experience level with equity and inclusion work.
